No matter if I eat good or not I still stay at the same freakin weight and its driving me batty!!!! I am at a loss of what to do and I have a wedding to go to in March and I'm still going to be a freakin cow! GAH!!!!! And to make matters worse my mom has made it to Onederland and I'm stuck in 200ville and can't go anywhere. I guess its a plus that I'm not gaining but I stay the same weight week after week and I'm really tired of it. I don't have the money to pay someone to tell me what I should and shouldn't eat or to give me an individualized workout plan to help me accomplish my goals so I'm kinda just stuck and hate it soooooo much!
You're doing great. You have to work out consistently to lose the weight. Once you start working out and eating right you'll start losing. I may have gotten into Onederland, but I'm kinda stalled there. We'll do it together, and reach our goals.

ReplyDeleteHey listen....the way to get followers is to comment on other people's blogs CONSISTENTLY...like every day. Keep up with them, and they'll start commenting on yours. Just pop over to my blog, start at the top of my list, and start commenting. That's what I did when I started last June and now I have 110 followers...I'm telling you, it works!!
You can push yourself harder in the gym to lose the weight....we ALL can. Chris told me on the days we're not working out with him, to do 12-15 reps on each machine with enough weight on them, that after you hit the 12th rep, you can just barely crank out one or two more. That's how you know you're pushing yourself hard enough. You can do it girl!!
You need to get motivated and post again woman....I'm waiting!!! :)
